Every birthday order gives your child practice in listening comprehension and counting 1–5 with one-to-one correspondence — layers to stack, cherries and candles to count out, and on Level 3 the ticket tucks away for a gentle working-memory stretch. The big ear button always replays the order, so nobody ever gets stuck.
Blowing out the candles is one more sneaky count (tap… one! two! three!), and serving a not-quite-right cake is a comedy moment, never a failure — the guest makes a funny face and Coco names exactly what to fix.
Finish a party to earn stars and open the next door — 3 stars means every cake was right on the first try. Play along: ask your child to say the order back to you before building, count each topping out loud together, and blow out the candles as a team.
