Sound Safari trains listening. Each bush hides a different animal peeking
out; your child hears one animal's call and taps the animal that made it — matching
sound → animal. That is auditory discrimination, the same ear skill
that later supports phonics.
Levels 1 & 2 also name the animal out loud to build the link; Level 3
drops the name so your child decides by ear alone. Fewer misses earn more stars,
so careful listening is rewarded. Tap the ear button any time to hear the call again.
Play together: imitate each call out loud before tapping, or close your eyes and let
your child quiz YOU. Every animal you find joins the photo album — tap its photo later
to replay the call and name together.
